Why should I use eSmartCast instead of a contract trainer?

What is the cost?
The introductory subscription price is $250 per quarter or $900 for a full year
for the first provider. Additional providers within the same practice are $50 per
provider per quarter or $180 per provider per year.

Why can't I login?
Be usre to use your full email address as your user name,
(myEmailAddress@mydomain.com) and the password you assigned during the setup process.
Other possibilities are an expired account, caps lock turned on or different email
address or password.
Do you offer testing?
Yes. We offer one-on-one and group testing as an optional service which includes
evaluation and performance reporting.

Will my subscription automatically renew?
No. You will receive a reminder 30 days before your subscription expires with an
invitation to renew.
Do you offer on-site training?
Yes. Our professional trainers are available to come to your facility to provide
custom training. Please give us a call.
How do I play a video?
Once you have subscribed, go to the login page. Once logged in, you will be presented
with a list of videos. Click on the title of the desired video and you will see
a page with a large triangle. Click the triangle and another one will appear. Click
on the triangle again and the video will begin. Depending on the speed of your internet
connection, it may take up to 30 seconds for the video to begin.

My Video does not play, it
just shows a white screen?
The videos use the flash player to play. Sometimes the flash player needs reset
in order to play the videos.
